According to the 10th work package of the project application form, two full papers were prepared to be presented at an international congress. These papers titled "Conceptual Framework of Adaptive Web Based Skill Assessment Tool Designed for Low Qualified Adults in Turkey" and "Assessment of Basic Skills of Low Qualified Adults in Turkey for Labor Market: Needs Analysis"  were presented by Muhammet Berigel at the International "9th Teaching & Education virtual conference" held in Prague, Czech Republic.  In addition, two papers will be published in the congress booklet indexed by RePEc, Google Scholar, Research Bible, Researchgate and Web of Science. Thus, a significant contribution was made to the scientific literature with the "Online Skill Evaluation" project.
