European Union Commission carried out and which is open to 35 countries eau Program "upskilling Foundation" call for proposals under the first time supported the Eastern Black Sea Development Agency of Turkey (PJC), and Karadeniz Technical University (KTU), prepared in partnership, the pilot implementation of the Online Skill Assessment Tool Project was reliazed on Saturday, 12/28/2019 in 2 sessions with the participation of a total of 153 target group selected from the trainees registered at the Public Education Center in Trabzon Ortahisar Hızırbey Primary School.
Adults with low level of qualification/ skill or, where relevant, the priority target group identified by countries consists of adults who have not completed high school education between the ages of 18-40. The aim of the project is to develop a new online adaptive assessment tool for the literacy, numerical and digital skills of the target group. The first pilot implementation of the project, which aims to analyze the validity and reliability of the pool of questions on literacy, numerical and digital skills, was conducted for the online skills assessment tool.
Adults who did not complete high school education between the ages of 18-40 who took the implemetation from a total of 3 fields: literacy, digital literacy and digital literacy answered 100 questions in total.
