The opening meeting of the "Online Skills Assessment Tool Project" which is prepared under the call for proposals "Upskilling Pathways" and in partnership with the Eastern Black Sea Development Agency (DOKA) and Black Sea Technical University (KTU) was held. In the meeting, Trabzon Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu, General Director of Development Agencies Barış Yeniçeri, Rector of Karadeniz Technical University Prof. Dr. Suleyman Baykal, President of Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Suat Hacisalihoglu, General Secretary of Eastern Black Sea Development Agency Onur Adiyaman and EU Commission Program Director Alexia Samuel gave speeches. Then the presentation of the project was made.
